- According to fiveouncesofpain.com, one of the possible main events rumored for UFC 105 is Mike Swick vs. Matt Hughes. Swick recently stated that he would like to face Hughes, and was disappointed that he had to pull out of UFC 103 with an injury.

Elsewhere, The UK Sun is reporting that a light heavyweight match between the debuting Antonio Rogerio Nogueira vs. Dan Henderson is in the works. The younger Nogueira had been rumored to debut at the event, and Henderson had stated that he would rather go back to light heavyweight if his next fight was not against middleweight champion Anderson Silva.
